Report on Anduril - Q2
And a summary of what's been going on with the company during the first half of the year
Q2 Link Growth
Let’s begin with the basics, and that’s the total link generation for Anduril during Q2 of 2025. We have seen a total of 35 new links during these months, an average of about 1 link every 3 days added to the Lattice OS system.
When compared to the total links generated in the previous quarters, ever since Anduril activated its Lattice OS website, that’s about 30% of the total only in Q2 of this year. That’s not even counting the stats of the UK and Australia, this is only for Global and US based operations.
As you can see, numbers for those 2 countries are still relatively low, and I expect them to grow as a separate subgroup, but steadily. As per with the Palantir strategy, expect US numbers to go exponentially up, since it’s their primary market and will remain so in the long term.
Government Contracts
During the first half of 2025 we’ve seen a lot of activity in regard to government contracts and extensions. Let’s take a look.
US Marine Corps, with an award of $642M. The contract was focused on counter sUAS technology development.
US Special Operations Command, with an award of $86M. The contract was focused on Mission Autonomy software.
US Department of Defense, with an award of $99M. The contract was focused on prototyping projects utilizing the Lattice.
US Department of Defense, with an award of $14.3M. The contract was focused on expanding sources of Solid Rocket Motors.
US Department of Defense, with an award of up to $22B. The contract was focused on the Integrated Visual Augmentation System, IVAS, project.
Partnerships
We’ve also seen some commercial announcements, stating a collaboration between companies and Anduril, primarily through partnerships. All of them but one have been announced in this Q2 that we’ve just left behind today.
Anduril x Ultra Maritime, to introduce Seabed Sentry Undersea Sensor Network.
Anduril x Meta, to Transform XR for the American Military.
Anduril x Rheinmetall, to Design and Manufacture Barracuda, Fury & Solid Rocket Motors for European Defense.
Anduril x Palantir, the Menace family of compute and communications systems is now the preferred hardware platform for all forward-deployed Palantir Edge Software.
Anduril x Archer, to Test Dual-Use eVTOL Cargo Aircraft in UK Market.
Anduril x Riverside Research, to Cyber Harden Critical Defense Capabilities.
Anduril x Saab, to Design and Produce Solid Rocket Motors for the Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb Weapon System.
Anduril x Microsoft, to deliver on the IVAS project for the US Army.
Impressive activity and, as I’ve stated before, these announcements are being shared towards the end of this time-frame, showing a growing interest to partner with Anduril as time goes by and publicly embed the names of these companies with them. Especially Meta and Microsoft, with both companies now competing in the public sector.
I expect this to only grow bigger in the next few quarters and years, just as it happened with Palantir between 2022 and the beginning of 2023.
When they decide to go public, we will have a lot more data to digest and we’ll be able to make comparisons and establish models. I look forward to that.
