Anduril is Expanding - New Lattice Data
New sets of Lattice data are allowing for a more comprehensive view of how Anduril is expanding its operations
The pace at which Lattice links are being generated is accelerating rapidly. The source for the first Report on Anduril is the main one for US territory and, I would assume, mainstream foreign operations (such as specific companies from a European country). So there’s no necessity to amend the first report.
However, and as was the case for some Palantir Foundry activity in Europe and in Japan, Anduril also does work outside of the US and has its own separate Lattice formats for these other countries. This is a very positive situation as it dissipates the possibility of Anduril operating solely with a single domain, which would make the classification between countries and regions almost impossible.
I’ve detected formats specifically made for operations in Australia and in the United Kingdom. These are not necessarily new, as I’ve found active links from almost a year ago in there, but the news here is that in the last 2 months the frequency of newly generated entities went way up. The job now is to digest these new sets of data and organize the new entities into these separate groups; US, Australia, UK.
The DataBase will greatly appreciate this, as the amount of calculus and of data insights will drastically increase. That being said, when announcing link growth for each quarter I will do so using the total aggregate numbers. If the insights that the DataBase yields become something more than interesting I’ll do the keynote presentations again as was the case with my job with Foundry links.
As we are digesting these new numbers and as the data quickly evolves with new unique entity additions every week, I need to be wary of duplicates. I’ve already found some links belonging to the same organization in both the US and the UK datasets, so we need to navigate these situations which will surely become recurrent as time goes by.
There’s also the fact that some links will eventually die and become inactive. That is something that I’m already preparing for, so I’ll be implementing the same system as before with the RED/GREEN status next to each entity. The good thing is that the total is still a relatively low figure, so that will be easy to work with at the beginning.
All of this goes to show how things are quickly moving at Anduril, and the rhythm will go up. Business is growing and the clients are also relying more on Lattice, similar to the expand phase in which Foundry became an even more indisensable part of their clients’ operation, so that’s perfect for us in the long run, when they decide to go public and we can all get a piece of this wonderful company.
